I stayed somewhere that had a terrible sewage smell in the kitchen and bathroom. It made me feel sick! They tried to fix it while I was there, but it was still a problem by the time I left. So frustrating!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had lovely 5 days overall. The room was newly renovated except for the shower and available with a view. A very nice, small balcony and a lounge area were a nice touch.

I had a king studio and it was a nice size with access to eateries, a comfortable bed, as for instance. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, staff were very helpful.

I spent New Year's here and the location is just fab! You're right across from the water and super close to shops and restaurants, which made exploring a breeze. The views from the balcony were fine, and the bed was really comfy. I loved having that extra space to relax.
The place could use some serious TLC. The floors were sticky and gross, and I wasn't a fan of the shower screen—it was too short, leaving the bathroom flooded every time I tried to shower. Plus, we only got one key for three of us, making it super inconvenient. I expected more!

It's stunningly beautiful hotel with ideal location close to supermarket. The studio is neat and has a small and nice balcony, and a lounge area. Everyone who works in the property is efficient and cooperative...

I loved the clean bathroom and the amazing view from the balcony. The location is perfect, near Lake Macquarie and great restaurants. The cleanliness impressed me; everything was spotless, and the staff, especially Gayle, were accommodating. The BBQ facilities allowed for family relaxation, and local landmarks like Blackalls Park Playground made bonding easy. We’ll definitely return!

I was really impressed with the value for money—only $226 for a night and the room was spotless with a great view of the lake! The location is fantastic, so close to cafes and shops, and the staff genuinely treated us well, even upgrading our room without any hassle.
The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety.

We spent 5 nights in a nice-sized room with a full kitchen. Had coffee and tea-making machines, refrigerators, and glassware at our disposal. This was an incredibly comfortable location just off restaurants and the sailing regatta, Toronto shops, and great cafes.
